The Global Financial Recession has by self-definition victimised the entire globe giving rise to the unprecedented need for legal services and Zimbabwe has not been spared. Against this background, more attention has been accorded to pressing secretarial matters leaving issues like debt recovery in oversight. However, huge debts have characteristically affected the viability of corporate bodies; small, medium and blue-chip alike, and more often led them to pay the huge and denting price of non-conformity.
